A small plaque (in three parts) in the form of a cross in the cemet rendering at the base of the rear external wall records: These - stones were - placed - to the honour and glory of - the Holy Eternal - and Undivided Trinity - on August XX - AD - MDCCCLXXIV. [August 20 1874]

A plaque on the gate records: To the Glory of God - and in loving memory of - my husband - A Leslie Cooper - and my parents - Walter S and Mary Hays - these gates were given by - Kathleen Cooper - 1975.
