The Lord Bishop of Goulburn, in company with F. R. L. Rossi, Esq., arrived about three o'clock on Tuesday afternoon; the object of the visit was to lay the foundation stone of a church to be built at this place." (Sydney Morning Herald - 21 June 1865) "CHURCH OF ENGLAND The new church at Bungendore, designed for the accommodation of 100 worshippers, was opened for service by the Bishop of Goulburn on the 14th of May."
The church was consecrated in 1872 and celebrated 150 years of worship in 2015.
