Foundation Stone Notes:	The foundation stone was laid on 17/1/1878 by Miss Charlotte Youl, Sunday School Superintendent and daughter of the Rev John Youl. Comments

The former St Andrew's Anglican Church, Perth, held its last service on 24/2/2008, and the property was sold. The church was in the diocese of Tasmania. The first St Andrew's church was opened on 17/1/1836, and consecrated on 12/5/1838 by the Rev W Broughton, Bishop of Australia. Due to the detoriation of that building the present church building was erected and opened, nearby, on 15/1/1879. The church celebrated its diamond jubilee on 17/1/1938.
