The former St Luke's Anglican Church, Coopernook has closed, and the property was sold in September 2019. It was part of the Parish of Harrington & District and the Diocese of Newcastle. The church building was erected on land donated by Mr William Newton of 'Coopernook House', and dedicated by Dr Pearson, Bishop of Newcastle in September 1886. It was deconsecrated in June 2019.
