The Toongabbie Baptist Church, Girraween was founded on 10/12/1950. Shortly after a property was purchaed at Octavia Street and Metella Road. Over the years due to a growing congregation many extensions/alterations were made to these church buildings. In 2005 plans for a major expansion began to take shape and the current building, in Toongabbie Road, is the result. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
