The Seaforth Baptist Church had its beginnings on 6/5/1945 when a group met for worship in a local hall, as it was too far to travel to Manly with limited transport. This led to the formal establishment of the Seaforth Baptist Church on 30/10/1949. Land was then purchased and the church building was opened on 8/11/1952.
