The former Laura Baptist Christian Community Church was a member of the Baptist Churches of South Australia, but is now closed, and the property listed for sale (May 2022). While the church building is listed for sale, the congregation is exploring different ways to enable them to continue to meet together and serve the local community. The present church building was erected/opened about 1875. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
