St Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church

The St Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church, Croydon is part of The Maronite Eparchy of Australia, New Zealand & Oceania. A church building on the present site was purchased by the Maronite Catholic community, from the Baptist denomination and consecrated by His Grace, Archbishop Abdo Khalife on 19/12/1978. This was used until the 1990s, when a larger church was needed to cater for the growing parish. The first section of the present church building was completed and opened by His Excellency, Bishop Joseph Hitti in 1998. Futher developments have since been completed.
