St Mary's Catholic Church

The St Mary's Catholic Church, Adaminaby is part of the Parish of Cooma and the Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn. The first St Mary's church building was erected in Old Adaminaby in 1911. The second St Mary's church building was erected at the current site in 1956, from materials recovered from the original building before the old site was flooded as part of the Snowy Mountains Scheme. The second church building was destroyed by fire on 13/7/2006. It was replaced by the present building erected about 2011. No other details are known.
