The Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Willow Tree is part of the Parish of Quirindi and the Diocese of Armidale. The present church building was erected in 1954, on a new site, after the earlier St Anthony's church building, which had been erected in 1910, was destroyed in a flood in 19491.
