The Holy Innocents' Anglican Church, Yinnar South was opened in 1895. It is one of the smallest churches in Australia, approximately 4 metres by 5 metres. Eight pews donated by the builder, John Mortan, as a gift, are still in use. It is one of the Co-operating churches (Anglican, Church of Christ & Uniting sharing joint worship and /or facilities) in the district.
