The St Mark's Lutheran Church, Morgan has closed, and the property has been sold (2022). The church had been part of the Lutheran District of South Australia-Northern Territory and the Lutheran Church of Australia. A Lutheran presence had been active in Morgan since the 1880s, with a number of earlier churches being established for specific Lutheran congregations. The present church building was initially erected for the St Andrew's United Evangelical Lutheran Church of Australia in 1957.
