Holy Trinity Lutheran Church

The Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Appila is part of the Lutheran District of South Australia-Northern Territory and the Lutheran Church of Australia. The church building was opened on 28/7/1901 and replaced an earlier church building, which had been opened about 1875, and which had also been used for a time as a school. The church building was extended in 1952 and rededicated on 19/10/1952.  A cemetery is located beside the church building. The church celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2023.
