The former Agery Methodist Church building was opened in 1885, replacing an earlier wooden structure, with earlier services being held in private homes. The church building was erected on land donated by Mr B Bowden. The vestry was added in 1910. It was known as the Agery Wesleyan Methodist Church until Union in 1900, when it became part of The Methodist Church of Australasia. The church closed on 6/12/1970. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 13/3/2025.
