The All Saints Community Church, Yealering.
"Before the church was constructed in 1987, the site was occupied by a former YMCA welfare hut from the Northam Army Camp, used during World War Two, and trucked to Yealering at the end of the war. That place was the Presbyterian Church until it was demolished in 1986, after the fundraising and community efforts were underway for the new multi denominational church. The church was constructed by the joint efforts of the Anglican, Uniting and Roman Catholic Church congregations in Yealering. Money was raised from local donations of grain and cash, and the church opened debt free, having cost $68,000. The church works very successfully with each denomination conducting their own services. The dedication ceremony was attended by 320 people in March 1987. Bishop Jamieson, Anglican Arch Bishop of Bunbury, and Archbishop Foley the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Perth, and Miss Beryl Grant, the Moderator of the Uniting Church of Western Australia attended and consecrated the community church. Canon Newing conducted the service." Extract - http://inherit.stateheritage.wa.gov.au/Public/Inventory/Details/2623d7cb-6b8d-4c49-974c-8211e07d94f8
