The St George Coptic Orthodox Church, Kensington held its first service in August 1973, in the former Methodist Church building (see separate entry), which it first leased and then bought. Since that time many additions and improvements have been carried out to the building. The interior of the former church has also been transformed and fashioned according to traditional Coptic design. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
