The Congregational Church held services in a small weatherboard building located at the corner of Darling and Cooper Streets from about 1852. In 1854 they united with the Presbyterians to erect the present church building. It was opened on 16/8/1855. The Presbyterians left in 1857 and the Congregational Church remained. Over the years more buildings have been added to the church complex. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 28/6/2020.
