Thornleigh Seventh-Day Adventist Church

The Thornleigh Seventh-Day Adventist Church began in March 1921, when eleven members from a number of churches formed a congregation and met in the School of Arts, in Pennant Hills Road, for the first time in March 1921. They contintued to met there until the first church building was opened on 24/1/1942. When it became too small for the congregation a new building was erected on the same site and opened on 29/3/1969.
