The former Chermside Methodist/Uniting Church, property is now privately owned. The first Methodist Church building was a timber structure erected in 1877. It was moved in 1926 to the corner of Gympie and Hamilton Roads, and replaced by a new brick structure opened on 30/9/1950, but now demolished. It became part of the Uniting Church in 1977.
