The Wesley Castle Hill Uniting Church was founded in 1903 when the Parramatta Methodist Church began holding services in Lodge Hall in Castle Hill. In 1909 the hall was purchased and moved to 268 Old Northern Road, to become the Methodist church. A new church building was erected in 1935. The present church complex was dedicated in 1972.
