The Umina Uniting Church, Umina Beach is part of the Broken Bay Parish Uniting Church, along with the Ettalong Uniting Church (see separate entry - 2257) . The Umina Uniting Church was established in 1935, and was originally located at the cnr West & Oscar Streets [now occupied by Coles]. The building was relocated to the present site and an arrangement with the Woy Woy Presbyterian Church to establish a joint parish entered into on 1/1/1971. Some amendments were made after union in respect of the properties. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
