The West Tamworth Uniting Church is a worship centre of the Peel Valley Uniting Church, and part of the New England North West Presbytery and the Uniting Church Synod of NSW & ACT. The West Tamworth Uniting Church was active from about 1884, with a Sunday School opened in 1887. The present church building was opened in September 1888. Over the years it has undergone a number of additions/alterations and renovations to meet the changing needs of the congregation. The building is now also used by the St Paul's Lutheran congregation (see separate entry - 2340). More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 3/6/2021.
