The former St Margaret's Uniting Church, Mount Lawley closed about 1977, and the property is now privately owned. On 20/11/1902 the Trinity Church purchased two blocks of land to establish a Home Mission in North Perth. A church building was opened on 5/4/1903, followed by a Sunday School building in 1907. The property was purchased by the congregation from Trinity Church in 1906. Over the years many additions and alterations were made to the property to meet the needs of the congregation. With the formation of the Uniting Church in 1977, resulting in surplus church properties, it was developed into a social service centre, known as the Wasley Centre. This closed about 2004, and the property was then redeveloped and sold. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 16/11/2018.
