The Curlewis Community Church was formed about 1992, when the Curlewis Anglican and Curlewis Uniting co-operating congregations merged to form the Curlewis Community Church at the Uniting Church property. (see separate entry - Curlewis Anglican Church - 2381). The early Methodist services in Curlewis were held in private homes, and then the School of Arts, until the first church building was opened in October 1905. A new church building was opened on 26/4/1924. Over the years additions and alterations have been made to the building to meet the needs of the congregation. No other details are known.
