The St Edmund's Anglican Church, Gunning is part of the Cartwright Mission District and the Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn. The first church building was erected about 1859, but was blown down and replaced by the current structure, which was opened in 1866 and consecrated on 27/3/1873.
