The former St Saviour's Anglican Church, Greenethorpe was built, essentially as a private chapel and cemetery, on the Iandra Castle property for the owner, Mr George Greene, in 1886. He and his immediate family are buried in the cemetery. In October 1956 the Iandra Castle property was acquired by the Methodist Church and became a boys home. It was closed about 1974 and passed into private ownership. It is no longer in use and has fallen into a stage of disrepair. No other details are known.
