The former La Perouse Mission Church building, had originally been erected at an unknown site on Frenchman's Beach, by the Petersham Congregational Christian Endeavour. In 1929/30 it was relocated to its present site. It closed in the late 1990s. It is now heritage listed and is currently being restored.
