Comments
The Long Jetty Uniting Church began about 1920, and would have celebtared its 100th anniversary in 2020. The Long Jetty congregation began to worship at the Tumbi Umbi Uniting Church (see separate entry - 2261) in October 2019, and held its final service in this building on 29/9/2019. The congregation is now part of the Tuggerah Lake South Faith Community, made up of the congregations of Long Jetty, Ourimbah and Tumbi Umbi Uniting Churches. The plans for the future use of the present church building, which was erected about 1964, have not yet been finally determined.
