Christ Church Anglican Church - Former

The former Christ Church Anglican Church, Sofala has closed and the property was sold (2019?). The church had been in the Parish of Sofala and the Diocese of Bathurst. The church began in the early 1850s, in line with the adjacent cemetery, which opened about 1851. The present building was erected about 1966, but had been preceded by a number of church buildings including those erected in erected in 1851 and 1887. No other details are known.
