The present St Andrew's Anglican Church, Tuross Head held its first service on 26/1/1973, and was consecrated on 11/2/1973 by The Bishop of Canberra and Goulburn, the Rt Rev C A Warren. Over the years a number of additions and improvements have been made to the property to meet the needs of the congregation. The church building is erected on land donated by Mr Eric Ryall. Prior to the erection of the church building, services were held in the local Progress Hall and then in St David's Presbyterian Church.
