This former Acland Anglican Church building is now privately owned. It has been converted into a chapel at The Woolshed at Jondaryan, a heritage listed historic museum. It was relocated there in June 2015. Photographs show the building being moved.
The building was originally erected in the early 1940's as an Anglican Church at Gowrie Little Plain. It was moved to Acland in the 1950s to become the Anglican church building there. When New Hope mines bought Acland for a coal mine, the church building was moved to it present location at The Woolshed at Jondaryan.
More historical information/photographs of the former churches/congregations are invited. Photographs uploaded 15/5/2020.
