The All Saints' Anglican Church, East Toowoomba is part of the Parish of St Luke's Toowoomba and the Anglican Church Southern Queensland. All Saints' history began as a school room facility back  in 1888. Services began to be held in the school room each month although full details are not known. Many records have been lost. It is known that on 6/11/1921 Archdeacon E C Osborne dedicated the Arthur Street Mission as a church, henceforth known as  "All Saints".
