| Foundation Stone Notes: | A heritage plaque records: Anglican Church - St Michael and All Angels Anglican Church was dedicated in 1904 by Bishop Dawes of Rockhampton. - The weatherboard church remained virtually unchanged from how it was built by Mr G Terris of Rockhampton aided by day labour and local residents. The altar was constructed by Mr S Stone of Rockhampton. - The actual cost of the bulding was 129 pounds 16 shillings and 10 pence but the estimated value of labour given freely by the local residents was 139 pounds 6 shillings and 10 pence. - Services were held monthly and Sunday School was also held. - Sadly in 2015 a severe storm blew the church of its stumps causing extensive damage. The church was beyond repair and it was demolished and removed.
