A small church, now called the Pioneer Church, was built in 1885 on donated land which faced Kenmore Road near the junction with Brookfield Road. In the mid-1900s the building was relocated to its present position in Moggill Road, next to the current church building, which was erected in the mid 1960s.
On the 13th September 2015, the church celebrated its 130th year anniversary, with the Moderator, the Rev David Baker the guest preacher.
