Paradise Point Uniting Church. The planning for the church began in 1971. The first services were held in the Community Hall. Coombah in June 1975. A Worship and Christian Education Centre was opened and dedicated on 31/10/1976 for the Southport Co-operatve Parish. This building is now the church hall. Some of the original furnishings came from the demolished Nerang Street, Southport Church.
The present church building was opened on 9/2/1992 and dedicated on 8/3/1992 by the Moderator of the Queensland Synod, the Rev Bryan Gilmore.
