The former Carrieton Uniting Church has closed, and the property has now been sold (2023). The church had been part of the Wimala Presbytery and the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. The original church building was erected about 1882 for The Bible Christian Church, becoming part of the Methodist Church by amalgamation in 1900, and the Uniting Church in 1977. Over the years the building was modified/extended to meet the needs of the congregation. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
