The Coonalpyn Uniting (Congregational) Church was opened on 30/4/1927 by the Rev G H Bayly, after many years of planning and fund raising. Prior to the erection of this church building, the Parkin Congregational Mission held worship services in the Coonalpyn Institute Hall. For some time the Catholic Church also used the building to celebrate Mass. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
