The Jerusalem Uniting Church functions in conjunction with the Kadina Uniting Church and the Wallaroo Uniting Church (although regular services are no longer held at the Jerusalem location) and is part of the Wimala Presbytery and the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. The present church building was erected/opened in 1956, and replaced an earlier structure built in 1922, and now demolished. No other details are known.
