The Orroroo Uniting Church is in the Goydor Ministry Area and part of the Presbytery of Wimala and the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. The present church building was opened on 24/6/1911, and had been long awaited as due to an increasing congregation, the previous building had been inadequate for many years. During this period The Bible Christian Church amalgamated with it about 1900, and closed their church which had opened on 28/5/1882. The 1911 building replaced an earlier Wesleyan Methodist Church opened on 29/1/1882, and which was demolished in 1934 to make way for the new Sunday School hall. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 1/2/2024.
