The St John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Sheringa is part of the Parish of Port Lincoln and the Diocese of Wiillochra. It would appear regular services ceased about 2010, with only occasional services still held in the church. The church building was dedicated on 29/12/1910 by Archdeacom Samwell.
