The former St Francis Xavier Catholic Seminary, Rostrevor is now closed, and the property was sold in 2021. The first student intake was in 1942, with major additions to the dormitory and chapel in 1958. The farewell dinner was held on 17/11/1997. The site was cleared except for the chapel in 2018.
