The Wallaroo Uniting Church functions in conjunction with the Kadina Uniting Church and is part of the Wimala Presbytery in the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. With the formation of the Uniting Church in 1977, the Congregational Church (1865) on Elizabeth Street, the Methodist Church (1863) on Stirling Street, and the Presbyterian Church (1864) at this site merged. The present church building, for the combined congregations, was opened in 1978 with the stained glass windows reused from the old Presbyterian Church building. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 11/3/2025.
