The St James Anglican Church, Warooka is in the Anglican Ministry District of Lower Yorke Peninsula and the Diocese of Willochra. Services for many years were held in the Institute Hall, as although land was donated on which to build a church by Mr James Day in 1890, it was 37 years before it was realised. A vestry was added and dedicated on 25/2/1934. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 20/3/2025.
