The St Andrew's Uniting Church, Evandale is part of the Presbytery of Tasmania and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria and Tasmania. At the time of the arrival of the Rev Robert Russell, from Scotland, in 1838, church services were held in private homes. Shortly after his arrival funds began to be collected for the erection of a church building. The building was opened on 5/9/1840. A graveyard is attached to the church. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 03/09/2016.
