The Oatlands Uniting Church. A plaque sponsored by the Rotary Club of Oatlands records in part: The original church was completed in October 1856 with Rev Lachlan Mackinnon Campbell the first Minister. A storm in August 1858, toppled the 95 foot steeple and destroyed the church. It was quickly rebuilt due to the generosity of A Mr Wilson... The building was replaced in 1859 and the spire rebuilt to a height of 71 feet. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 15/09/2016.
