The former St Mark's Anglican Church, Bridport has closed, and the property was sold in December 2020. The church had been in the Parish of Dorset and the Diocese of Tasmania. Regular Anglican services were being held in Bridport by 1918, under the auspices of the Scottsdale Parish, of which it was a part. By the late 1920s fundraising activities to erect a church had begun, with a church building opened and dedicated by Bishop Hay on 19/7/1931. A Sunday School hall was erected in 1950. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 8/5/2023.
