The former St Peter's Anglican Church property is now privately owned.
The church building was originally erected on land donated by Mr William Kenny, with the sansdtone provided free from the land of the Kittson Family, Mount Pleasant. (See http://www.glenelg.vic.gov.au/files/52601_ST._PETERS_ANGLICAN_CHURCH_updated_with_Panel_recommendations_HO180.pdf
The property was purchased by the National Trust of Australia in 1978, but has subsequently become a private residence.
