This former Hopetoun Baptist Church has closed, and the property is now privately owned. The present church building was erected about 1922 and replaced an earlier building erected about 1884. After this church building was closed the congregation joined the Southern Mallee Co-operative Parish [Baptist and Uniting Churches] (see separate entry - 3396). No other details are known.
