Comments
The former Kilmore Uniting Church has closed, and the property was sold about 2007. Wesleyan Methodist services are believed to have been held in the district as early as the 1840s, although no records have survived. A land grant was made to the church about 1851, but there are no records until 1858, which records the erection of the church building. The Rev John Mewton was the minister in charge.
