Lyonville Catholic Church - Former

The former Lyonville Catholic Church closed many years ago, and was deconsecrated in the 1950s, after which the property was sold. The first church building on the site was a small chapel erected in 1883, which was destroyed by fire in 1927. The present church building was erected as a replacement in a few weeks, and the building was opened and blessed by Archbishop Danial Mannix in June 1927. No other details are known.
